    ABOUT

This exhibition guide is a record of Vantage Point Sharjah 10, the tenth edition of Sharjah Art Foundation’s annual photography initiative. The guide contains an introduction, jury’s commentary, a list of participating artists alongside their brief biographical information and images and description of displayed work.

This edition features the works of 66 photographers from around the world, selected from over 450 applications. The open call invited works that celebrate photography’s ability to perceive social realities and the diversity of contemporary lives through different perspectives and storytelling. Bringing together many voices and lived experiences, the exhibition manifests the spirit of experimentation in lens-based image-making today.
